Five Instagrammers every Party Planner should follow

So I hopped on the Insta-wagon a little late, but I have embraced it with open arms. It’s an amazing source of inspiration for party and décor lovers, but I also love the behind the scenes (#bts) feel you get from some Instagrammers. Below I've included some of my fave Insta-inspirers...

The Style Co @thestyleco
Showing some Aussie love here… this group of creative souls are based in Melbourne and have some jealousy-inducing posts related to event design, wedding styling and floral beautification. Before founding The Kit Source, I was an event stylist in training… now I’m just living vicariously through these guys.

Hey Gorgeous Events @heygorgevents
As a “boutique celebration planner, editorial stylist & floral designer”, you know this Instagram account is going to be PRETTY to say the least. I love her fresh, clean and feminine photos, they certainly give you that contemporary, organic, boutique feel.

Studio DIY @studiodiy
One word. Donuts. I’ve featured one of Studio DIY’s projects on the blog before, but Kelly’s beautiful, neon-bright photos on Instagram are what won me over. She showcases some of the most inventive and simple DIY projects, from decorations to costumes.

I Am Baker @iambaker
Oh lordy, this Instagrammer, blogger and author certainly knows how to tempt my uncontrollable sweet tooth. Specialising in ‘Surprise Inside Cakes’, where some delectable edible treat is hidden inside the cake, this Instagram account will leave you wanting cake every day. Or pancakes. Or cookies. Or pie. Mmmm.

Inky Co @inkyco
Another amazeballs Aussie brand, Inky Co, has been creating boutique wrap, tags, seals, cards and other gifty things since 2011. Their range is utterly superb, photographed beautifully and seriously makes me want to wrap everything. They also have a DIY section on their website, for some crafty projects using their products.

I’m always looking for other Instagrammers to follow, so if you have any more to add to the list, make sure you comment below I can send my double-tapping habit into overdrive!

NOTE: All photos courtesy of their respective Instagram accounts.
